Oral presentations

Each oral contributor will have a maximum of 15 minutes time and communications should be prepared on Power Point format. You are requested to give your presentation on CD support upon registration at the congress.
Poster presentations

The space available for each poster will be 1.2 meters (high) by 0.80 meter (wide). Allocation of space will be indicated upon registration at the Congress. The poster should be laminated and the text should be in font of sufficient size for easy reading at a distance of 1.5 meters.

You will need to provide a medium to hang your poster on the board (preferably velcro adhesive). Posters could be mounted on Sunday afternoon from 15– 20.30 h and on Monday morning from 8.30 to 13 h and should be retired by Wednesday 14 h.
