ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION

Payment:

- Payment cannot be made prior to confirmation of available places.

- For insurance cover, proof of payment must specify the name(s), surname(s) and identity number of all participants.

- The payment deadline is the thursday prior to departure.

- If no proof of payment has been received by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.

- Cancellations made within the same week as the trip will be reimbursed if the place can be filled.

Other:

- Should the trip be cancelled due to the weather, notice will be given the Thursday before departure, latest.

- It is essential to wear trekking boots and carry a backpack, water bottle and waterproof raincoat.

- 51 places are to be covered in each trip.

- Return time is estimated and may be subject to change.

- All participants must go by bus.

- Point of departure and arrival is the Jardí Botànic (C/Quart, 80).
